Eighty (80) pre-school children and parents of pre-school teachers in Homagama Divisional Secretariat were given C.B.L. The "Winning Children" program sponsored by the Institute was held on the 22nd at the auditorium of the Divisional Secretariat under the patronage of Assistant Divisional Secretary Mr. B.S. Kekulawala.
Veteran TV and Radio Lecturer Vmal Udupila sponsored the program.
This program was organized by Mrs. Chamari Lakmali, Early Childhood Development Assistant of the office and the Child Rights Promotion Officers on the instructions of Divisional Secretary Mr. B.A.D Chinthaka and Assistant Divisional Secretary Mr. B.S. Kakulawala.
