In order to improve child nutrition by identifying the nutritional needs of pre-school children, the Samurdhi Development Department has implemented morning nutrition programs targeting pre-school children throughout the island at October 17th.
Samurdhi Development Officer, Development Officer, Family Health Service Officer and Samurdhi Community Root Organization Officer Panel participated in this event.
This program was organized under the initiative of Mr. Thusira Indika Karunaratne, Samurdhi Development Officer, Wataraka South.
With the intervention of the Samurdhi Development Officer, Village Officer, Development Officer and Family Health Service Officer, the Wataraka South Field Government Officer Team has been arranged to implement this program on a daily basis until the end of this year.
