A capacity development training workshop for regional women's board members of Homagama Divisional Secretariat was held on 02.05.2023 at the office auditorium.
They were given the opportunity to understand the responsibility and accountability they have as a volunteer officer in the women's work organization as well as the position and ability they have in developing leadership qualities based on practical activities. The event was organized to provide easy understanding.
Ms. Anuradha Mayadunna, Vanita Development Officer of the District Secretariat, provided resources for this workshop, which was chaired by the Divisional Secretary.
The workshop was organized and coordinated by Vanita Development Officer, Vanita Development Field Assistant.
