The regional literary competitions held in conjunction with the National Literary Arts Festival were held on the 3rd of August at the Homagama Divisional Secretariat Auditorium.
Under this competition series, poetry singing competitions were held for junior, senior and senior secondary sections and students from schools, Dhamma schools and art institutes of the division participated.
The resourcefulness of Ms. Koshini Hansamala, Music Scholar Ms. Sujani Hettiarachchi and Miss Thisaru Kottage to conduct the judging for the competitions.
On the guidance of the Divisional Secretary, the office cultural section organized these competitions.
