Sri Lanka Women's Bureau, "UN Women" Institute, Colombo District Secretariat and Women's Affairs Division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat jointly organized the first training program of the second training workshop of the project for 40 women entrepreneurs selected from the members of women's work organizations 2023.10. On the 10th, it was held at Godagama "Nimansala" festival hall.
Srimal Jayathilaka, Western Provincial Director of Ceylon Industrial Development Board and Mr. Sanjeeva Navaratne, Business Promotion Officer, provided resources for this purpose.
This program was organized with the aim of creating stability in the business sector by empowering women entrepreneurs.
