The election of the women's work organization established in Ovitigama village officer division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat was held on 06.02.2024 at Ovitigama community hall premises.
Here, appointing a new board of officers and showing how to plan the programs implemented for the year 2024 were also done.
Also, the chairperson of Kiriwatthuduwa North Women's Work Organization, who works as a team leader in Homagama division, informed the audience about the "Atwela" program implemented in collaboration with "Herb Line Sri Lanka".
Organized by Ovitigama Women's Task Force officers, the supervision of this program was carried out by the Office Vanita Development Officer and Vanita Development Field Assistant.
