The Western Province Division of Vanita and the Vanita Division of the Homagama Divisional Secretariat together, the product exhibition of the course winners who completed the 100-hour certificate sewing course started in the year 2023, was held on 13.02.2024 at the Godagama North Purana Temple under the leadership of Homagama Assistant Divisional Secretary.
This course, which was implemented on the guidance of the Divisional Secretary, was implemented with the aim of empowering the economic status of rural women.
Many clothing designs created by the course winners were presented here for exhibition.
The organization of this program was done by the beneficiaries of the course and the planning and monitoring of the program was done by the Vanita Development Officer and the Vanita Development Field Assistant.
