The Ayurvedic medical clinic organized with the participation of traditional indigenous doctors at the "Thusitha" Elderly Home in Mattegoda to improve the health of the elderly was held on 2025-02-27 at the premises of the elderly home.
For this, the resources of Ayurvedic doctors Mr. K.S.M. Kumarasinghe, Mrs. Mala Liyanage, Mrs. Airangani Basnayake, Mr. K.B. Heenkenda and the medical students of the Ayurveda Conservation Council were provided.
Also, Ayurvedic doctor Mr. K.B. Heenkenda informed the group about healthy local food patterns.
This program was organized by the office's Social Services Division and the Local Medical Division under the guidance and supervision of the Divisional Secretary.
