With the commencement of the process of providing financial assistance from the President's Fund through the Divisional Secretariats, the first payment representing the Colombo District was made to Mrs.R.D.Malani, a resident of Jalthara Grama Niladhari Division No.499, Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division, on 28.03.2025 by Assistant Divisional Secretary Chamal D.Thenuwara, Accountant P.R.Kuruppuachchige, Jalthara Grama Niladhari, Social Service Development Officer and President's Fund Subject Officer were involved in this occasion.
