With the decentralization of the President's Fund to the regional level from 2025.02.07, the Homagama Divisional Secretariat presented the first check to a patient on 2025.03.28 and from then until 2025.09.09, payments were made to 36 beneficiaries, making the decentralization process at the regional level a success.
