Celebrating the Sinhala and Tamil New Year and enhancing its meaning, the "Bakmahe Cultural Splendour" Bakmaha festival, jointly organized by the Cultural Division of the Homagama Divisional Secretariat and the Regional Cultural Authority, was held at the Meegoda Ayurveda Park, Homagama recently.
The event, which was held under the patronage of Homagama Divisional Secretary B.A.D. Chinthaka, was attended by a large number of Assistant Divisional Secretary, office officials, artists and their family members.
Various folk games and colourful dances were seen throughout the event, and it was organized under the guidance of the Divisional Secretary under the provisions of the Cultural Authority Fund.
