In conjunction with the Clean Sri Lanka National Program, the green crescent park playground, which had been overgrown for a long time in the Kithulawila Grama Niladhari Division, was cleared and the sides of the Kithulawila road were cleaned on 18.07.2025.
This program is to prepare the green crescent playground so that the children and youth can play, and to plant fruit trees and herbs around the playground, and through this, the aim was to develop the sports skills of the children and youth of the Kithulawila Division and create a healthy community.
The Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha member, Mr. Sunil Gajanayake, and the Development Officer, Ms.Tenika Kusumseeli, along with a group of community representatives from the division participated in this event, and the Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha provided resources.
