A four-day (4) training program for the development of women engaged in the home-based garment industry organized by the Samurdhi Development Department's Maha Sangam Division and the Sabha Sri Lanka Foundation was held on September twenty-six (26) at the auditorium of the Homagama Divisional Secretariat. Started with the grant of Divisional Secretary Mr. B.A.D Chinthaka
Women entrepreneurs from the four Divisional Secretariat Divisions of Homagama, Kasbewa, Seethawaka and Padukka joined this training program.
