"GOAL" one day training program was held at Pitipana Maha Vidyalaya on 07-08-2023 with the aim of empowering girls.
This program, which was held with the participation of 130 female students of Pitipana Maha Vidyalaya, is organized by SEARCH Institute for the empowerment of girls.
Along with this program, awareness programs on child protection, counseling, and drug prevention were held for the boys of the college, for which two Office Child Responsibility Promotion Officers, Counseling Officer Mr. Terence Athukorala, Drug Prevention Counseling Officers Nadishani Ranyarachchi, Gishani Umenga and Dangerous Drugs The resourcefulness of the governing board officers.
Organized on the guidance of the Divisional Secretary, the Assistant Divisional Secretary participated in this program and the Drug Prevention Counseling Officer Mrs. Nadishani Ranji Arachchi and the Economic Development Officer of the division P.S.C. Rathnayake organized this program. The coordination and management of this program was done by the Child Rights Promotion Officer.
