Community awareness program in Kurunduwatta village officer division regarding conciliation process and productivity concept was conducted on 09-03-2023 at Kurunduwatta Diva Surukum Centre.
Through this program it was possible to identify people suffering from conflicts and disputes and provide them with the necessary counseling, refer them to mediation as well as raise household productivity, provide advice related to gardening and polythene clearance.
Nearly 40 community leaders and members of the Kurunduwatta Village Development Society participated as the target group for this.
Village Officer, Agriculture Research Production Assistant participated in this event and this program was coordinated and organized by Village Development Officer Mr. Prabhat Devapriya.
Conciliation Officer Ms. Himali Katugampala and Productivity Development Officer Ms. Kamani Dias provided resources for this program.
