The garden decoration training workshop organized targeting those who are already employed in the field of garden decoration and those who wish to work in the field of garden decoration in the future started on 07-09-2023 at the auditorium of the Homagama Divisional Secretariat.
In the current economic environment, with the aim of eliminating unemployment and paving the way for new job opportunities as well as empowering them, this program organized by the Department of Manpower and Security, together with the Homagama Divisional Secretariat, was implemented as a 5-day theoretical and 10-day practical training program.
More than 30 beneficiaries participated in this. The workshop was inaugurated by and Homagama Assistant Divisional Secretary Mr. Binupa S. Kekulawala.
The program was organized by the Office Human Resource Development Officers under the guidance of the Divisional Secretary with the provision and resourcefulness of the Department of Manpower and Security.
