A career guidance program organized with the objectives of empowering human resources to suit the future world of work, creating awareness about new trends in the labour market and vocational training opportunities related to skill development was held at Homagama Central College recently.
The resource for this was provided by Mrs. Thushari Anuruddhika, Career Guidance Officer, Department of Manpower and Employment Protection, and Mr. Roshan Hettiarachchi, Skill Development Officer, Skill Development and Vocational Education Division, Ministry of Education.
This program was organized and coordinated by the Human Resource Development Officers and Skill Development Officers of the office under the supervision and guidance of the Divisional Secretary.
