The pre-school art competition, which was held in conjunction with the World Environment Week, was held on June 03, 2025 in 30 pre-schools in the Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division.
An exhibition of 250 paintings selected from this art competition, jointly organized by the Homagama Divisional Secretariat Office Environment Division and the Early Childhood Development Officer, was held on July 03, 2025 at the Divisional Secretariat Office Auditorium under the patronage of the Divisional Secretary. Pre-school children, parents and teachers participated in this.
The objective of this program is to develop attitudes among children regarding the protection of water resources.
