Divisional Secretariat - Homagama

The road reserve of the Bypass Road connecting Homagama Katuwana and Homagama High Level Road, with the theme of "Cleaning up the garbage dumped irregularly from beaches, rivers, forests and streets" in conjunction with the thousand clean-up project implemented throughout the island in conjunction with the World Cleanup Day.
