Divisional Secretariat - Homagama

Reorganization of women's work organization in Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division, Women's Village Officer Division was done on 26.08.2023 at Seva Piyasa Premises.

With the aim of improving the quality of life of the community, the awareness program with practical activities related to the minimization of problems and disputes, maintaining a clear mind and the functions of the conciliation board, mediation support for dispute resolution was conducted at Henawatta Community Hall for the elderly community of 482 C Henawatta division.

Honorary Chairman of Homagama Regional Coordination Committee, Minister of Transport, Highways and Mass Media, Dr. Bandula Gunawardena, was held on 17.08.2023 at Homagama Divisional Secretariat Auditorium.

The distribution of school exercise books to 197 children of the prosperous and low-income families who are members of the Homagama Samurdhi Community Root Organizations in the year 2023 who will be studying in the fifth grade in the year 2023 was done recently at the auditorium of the Divisional Secretariat with the help of the Divisional Secretary Mr. B. A. D. Chinthaka.

Homagama Divisional Secretariat Women's Affairs Division and "Life For All" Foundation together, targeted women's board officers and selected clients who came to the children's women's unit due to special difficulties, the enjoyment program was conducted on 15.08.2023 at the office auditorium.
