Organized by Homagama Kahathuduwa Police Station and the Divisional Secretariat, an awareness program on "Child Safety" was conducted on August 18 at Watara College Hall with the aim of building a good generation of children for the students of Watara College.
Kahathuduwa Police Station Chief Inspector Mr. A.H.A. Priyankara, Female Police Sergeant of Women and Children Unit Mrs. Renuka Shyamali, Child Rights Promotion Officer Mrs. Tejanthi Weerasena, Samurdhi Social Development Assistant Mrs. Chamila Jayatunga joined the program and Watara College Principal Mr. Greshan Perera, Acting Principal and other faculty members also joined this program.
