This program was conducted on 11-12-2022 in Diyagama East Division with the aim of raising the economic stability of self-employment by creating interest and motivation in the community to face the current economic situation successfully.
Through this program, the women in that division were educated about the preparation of food like pudim, yogurt and roti using easily available and common local yams.
Organized by the Diyagama East Division Economic Development Officer and Grama Niladhari Officer in coordination with Regional Secretariat Development Officer (Local Medical), the resources were provided by the doctors of Homagama Community Health Medical Unit.
