On 11/17/2022, a special awareness program on "Household financial management and social security systems" with the aim of involving the parents of school children in Pitipana North Grama Niladhari Officer's division under Homagama Divisional Secretariat to contribute to the social security system. It was held at Pitipana Junior College under the leadership and organization of Mrs. Ratnayake.
Coordinating work for this program was done by Homagama Divisional Secretariat Social Security Officer Mr. Taraka Vanniarachchi, District Secretariat Social Security Coordinating Officer Miss Isuri Perera, Social Security Officer Mr. Taraka Vanni Arachchi, Small Business Development Officer Mrs. Diana Dinali and Productivity Development Officer Gayatri. Resources were provided by Mrs. Rasanjali.
