The Godagama Women's Work Organization of Homagama Divisional Secretariat started a library for the local community on 05.01.2023 at the village officer's office premises in that division.
Along with this activity, a psychological counseling program was organized for the members who came for the women's work organization's meeting held on that day, and the resourcefulness for this was provided by Mr. Terence Athukorala, Counseling Officer of the Divisional Secretariat.
The women's work organization provided the organizational strength for these programs, which were mainly held by division officials.
The Women's Development Officer, Women's Development Field Assistant coordinated the program.
