To face the current challenging economic situation, a training program was conducted on 24.09.2023 to weave a creative,
marketable rug to the members of women's work organizations in Habarakada South Grama Niladhari domain under the work plans to introduce alternative sources of income for women. The resourcefulness for this was provided by Ms. Manosha Ramyakumari, and the program was coordinated and supervised by Vanitha Development Officer, Vanitha Development Field Assistant.
