According to the concept of the Ministry of Justice and Conciliation Board Commission, the "Conciliation for Future Leaders" program of the series of programs organized as per the approval of the Ministry of Education was held on 2024-02-13 at Godagama Subharathi Mahamatya College campus.
The aim of this program is to popularize the role of mediation among school students as an alternative method of dispute settlement in order to settle conflicts and disputes within the school and to develop children's attitudes, nurture leadership qualities, and develop personality.
More than 150 students and teachers of Subharathi Mahamatya Vidyalaya participated as the beneficiaries of this program, and the Principal J.R.Saman Manjula, Assistant Principal and teachers in charge of the departments also joined for this event.
This program was conducted by Mrs. K.D. Himali Katugampala, Mediation Development Officer of the Office of Organization and Resourcefulness.
