A follow-up program for businesses operating in conjunction with the Small Business Development Division of the Homagama Divisional Secretariat was conducted on 22.07.2025.
Businesses in the fields of incense stick production, preserved food products, polythene production, bag production and household goods production in the following divisions of Henawaththa, Meegoda, Mullegama North, Godagama North, Panagoda East were observed. The objective of this program was to identify the current situation and problems of these businesses and provide advice for them.
On the guidance of the Divisional Secretary, Entrepreneurship Development Training Officer Nirosha Nanayakkara of the Colombo District Small Business Development Division and Development Officer Jeewani Chathurika provided resources for this event and the program was coordinated by the Small Business Development Officer of the office.
