A Shramadan to clean the roads of the Women's Grama Niladhari Division was held on 27.07.2025 in conjunction with the Clean Sri Lanka program.
In conjunction with the inaugural program, the road near the Kandawatta Community Hall and the first and second lane roads of Kandawatta were cleaned.
To make these activities successful, the public representatives in charge of the division, government officials, as well as the leaders of voluntary societies led by the Rural Development Society and social activists took the lead.
All these activities were coordinated and organized by the Development Officer in Charge of the Women's Division and the Grama Niladhari.
