A merit-based drug awareness program for students in grades 10,11,12 and 13 of Godagama Subharathi Mahamathya Maha Vidyalaya in Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division was conducted on the 24th with the resource of Supun Udana, Drug Education and Information Assistant, National Board for Control of Dangerous Drugs.
Teachers of the faculty including the principal of the college also participated in this program.
The event was organized by Mrs. Rashiprabha Welgedara, Drug Prevention Assistant, Homagama Divisional Secretariat under the coordination of the Colombo District Rehabilitation, Economic, Social and Welfare Coordinating Office of the Commissioner General Rehabilitation Bureau.
