Two family-based drug prevention programs for pregnant mothers at the Homagama Health Medical Officer's Office and Godagama Maternal and Baby Clinics were held recently with the resources of Mr. Supun Udana, Education and Information Assistant, Prevention Education and Training Division of the National Dangerous Drugs Control Board.

 

These two programs were organized by Mrs. Rashi Prabha Velgedara, Drug Prevention Assistant of the Drug Prevention Division of the Divisional Secretariat, with the support of the Medical Officer of Health and the Health Task Force of the Homagama Health Medical Officer's Office on the advice of Mr. B. A. D. Chinthaka, the Divisional Secretary of Homagama.
