Samurdhi Social Development Assistant Officer Ms. Kanthika Hulathduwa and Mrs. Chamila Jayatunga informed the members of the Samurdhi Community Root Organization of the Hirapitiya Grama Niladhari domain about the services available to the rural community including the Homagama Samurdhi Social Development Division and the Divisional Secretariat.
