The short story book "Dream Palace" written by the daughter of Dinushi Udara Malwatta, who is a 9th grade student of Mawatgama Junior College, resident of Mawatgama Grama Niladhari Division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division, and "Dreams Not Imprisoned" song book presented to District Secretary / District Governor Mr. Pradeep Yasaratne, Divisional Secretary Mr. B.A.D. Chinthaka and Assistant Divisional Secretary Mr. B.S. Kekulawala was made on the fourth of October (4) at the Divisional Secretariat.
Dinushi Udara Malwatta's daughter, who is studying in the midst of many obstacles, besides writing poems and stories, is also talented in singing, playing music, acting and drawing.
Her first book was published in 2019 titled "Yes I Can".
Mawatgama Samurdhi Development Officer Mr. Nalin Hatwella has also sponsored the Homagama Division Lions Club for the "Dream Palace" book.
