Under the Rural Economic Revival Programme, a training workshop on value added products to local crops and an awareness program on enterprise development was held on 25.11.2022 at Matthegoda Central Temple.
For this, the people of the two divisions of Mattegoda Central A and B participated.
Cakes and biscuits were made from the mayo flour mixture.
Homagama Science and Technology Officer Ms. Malika Peramuna Arachchi and Field Coordinator Mr. Mahesh Mudalige provided resources for this program. This was done with the coordination of the Economic Development Officers of the two divisions of Matthegoda Central A and B and with the support of other officials including the Grama Niladhari Officer.
