The distribution of dry food bags to 50 women's society members in Mullegama South Village Officer's Division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division was done on 15th of April at Mullegama South Agricultural Cooperative Bank Hall.
The purpose of this grant is to provide some relief to low-income women who are affected by the current economic crisis and the sponsorship for this was given by the Mullegama Agricultural Cooperative Society.
Organized by Mullegama South Women's Task Force officers, this program was supervised by the Women's Development Officer, Women's Development Field Assistant.
