In the Homagama Divisional Secretariat, the preliminary work for the economic empowerment of the women community began.
Accordingly, Sri Lanka Women's Bureau, UN Women Institute, District Secretariat together with the purpose of preparing the working plan of the project to be started in the near future, a summit discussion was held with 15 of the beneficiaries of the project on 15.09.2023 at the office premises.
