Aiming to develop the leadership qualities of the members of the Homagama Regional Women's Power Board, the first session of the workshop designed for a leadership free of technical polarization was held on 27.10.2023 in the office auditorium under the chairmanship of Homagama Assistant Divisional Secretary.
Facilitation of women's affairs in the women-led division is the other objective.
The resourcefulness for this was obtained by Mr. Jayaprasad Kahandawala, National Executive Officer of the Kaduwela Divisional Secretariat.
This program was planned and organized by the Women's Development Officer of the office, with the support of the Homagama Divisional Women's Board Officers, and according to the concept of the Assistant Divisional Secretary.
