A training program on home garden development for the members of Samurdhi Bank in Grama Niladhari Kottasan of Matthegoda Samurdhi Zone in conjunction with the "Beneficiary Selection Day of Homestead Development, Empowerment" in the programs implemented during the week of October 17, which was International Poverty Eradication Day. It was held in the hall with the contribution of agriculture consultant Mr. Indika Gunasena.
The program was organized by the Samurdhi development officials including Mr. Thilakaratne Banda, Samurdhi manager of Matthegoda and the coordination of the "garden development" training program was carried out by the project department of Homagama Samurdhi Community Bank Association.
