Members of the Homagama Regional Elders' Council and the Rural Elders' Committees affiliated to the Homagama Divisional Secretariat held an awareness program on "Dementia" disease recently at the Homagama Divisional Secretariat Auditorium.
The Lanka Alzheimer's Foundation was the resource person for raising awareness about this disease.
This program was organized by the Social Services Division of the office under the guidance of the Divisional Secretary, with the aim of improving the health of the local community.
