The largest blood donation drive in Sri Lanka was held on 20.07.2025 at the Subharathi Vidyalaya premises in Godagama with the aim of giving life to a broken heart.
Nearly 700 devotees came to donate their blood for this great charity and about 500 pints of blood were collected from them.
The Godagama Pubudu Kala Kavaya provided organizational strength to this sat kriya and this was coordinated by the Divisional Development Officer, Mr. Wijayantha Laksiri.
Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha Member, Mr. H.M. Herath, Subharathi Vidyalaya Principal, Mr. Saman Manjula, Godagama North Grama Niladhari, Mr. Dhammika Karunathilaka and many others joined this sat kriya.
