Divisional Secretariat - Homagama

On the advice and guidance of Mr. B. A. D. Chinthaka, Homagama Divisional Secretary, Deputy Compiler Director Nilanka S. Under the supervision of Ms. Sampath, the office planning section is for the officers of all sections of the passenger office a health workshop called "Mihiri Madivia" was held on December 9th at Homagama Divisional Secretariat Auditorium with the contribution of Sri Lanka Menopause Association's resources.

This program was held on 05-12-2022 and 08-12-2022 at the Homagama Divisional Secretariat Auditorium under the implementation of food security, livelihood development and entrepreneurship development programs in the division in conjunction with the Rural Economic Revitalization Center.

In conjunction with the rural economic and revitalization program, a special awareness program for teenage girls was conducted on 2022-12-06 at Homagama President's College to "reduce underage marriages and prevent underage pregnancies".

A special program to raise awareness about social security pension schemes and the benefits thereof was held on 06.12.2022 at the office of the development officer of 482D Navalamulla division under Homagama Divisional Secretariat.

Homagama Divisional Secretariat, Vanita Affairs Section and Life for All Foundation jointly provided school uniforms and shoes for 10 children with economic difficulties on 05.12.2022.
