In conjunction with the Christmas festival celebrated by Christians around the world with great festivity celebrating the birth of the princes of peace, the "Kitu Bathi Gee" concert organized by the Cultural Division of the Homagama Divisional Secretariat under the auspices of the Western Provincial Ministry of Culture and Art Affairs at the Divisional Secretariat Auditorium on 20-12-2023.

Homagama Assistant Regional Secretary Mr. B.S.Kekulavala, after being transferred to Buddha Sasana, Ministry of Religious and Cultural Affairs, as the new Assistant Regional Secretary, the former Assistant Director of Local Medicine Department of the Ministry of Indigenous Medicine, Mr. Chamal D. Thenuwara, accepting work as the new Assistant Regional Secretary of Homagama, in front of Divisional Secretary B. A. D. Chinthaka took place on the fourth (4) Thursday.

Colombo District Secretariat, "Chrysalis" Foundation and Women's Affairs Division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat organized under the project to ensure food security, distribution of nutritional bags worth 6500 rupees to 300 low-income families affected by various problems under the chairmanship of Colombo District Secretary / Governor Mr. K.G. Wijesiri, it was held on 19-12-2023 in the auditorium of the Divisional Secretariat.
