In order to improve child nutrition by identifying the nutritional needs of pre-school children, the Samurdhi Development Department has implemented morning nutrition programs targeting pre-school children in the two pre-schools "Nikini" and "Shakya" in Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division, Pitipana North, Grama Niladhari Division at October 17^th.   Green porridge was given to children in the village of Pitipana North.
