Directing rural women to generate income through natural plant leaves, the series of programs to introduce alternative sources of income and organized in a new aspect, this program was held on 12-12-2023 at Palagama temple.

The Art Festival of Children with Special Needs was organized to pave the way for the development of the artistic skills of children with special needs and to appreciate those skills.

The general meeting of Homagama Regional Women's Power Board, established for the betterment of women in Homagama Divisional Secretariat, was held on 06.12.2023 at the office auditorium.

Sri Lanka Women's Bureau, "UN Women" Institute, District Secretariat and Homagama Divisional Secretariat's Women's Affairs Division to provide emergency relief to the beneficiaries for the entrepreneurial development of the project, which is being implemented for 40 self-employed, selected entrepreneurial women who are members of women's work organizations. The distribution of dry food bags under the project program was done on 08.12.2023 under the guidance of the Divisional Secretary, with the participation of the Assistant Divisional Secretary at the office premises.

Aiming to develop the aesthetic skills of children, the aesthetic skills development program was conducted on 08-12-2023 at the main hall of Watara National School on 2023-12-08.
