Divisional Secretariat - Homagama

How should we act in relation to the prevention of abuse and abuse of children in the scout camp held with the participation of children in Homagama, Kaduwela and Maharagama education zones? The awareness program was held on 2024-02-05 at Homagama Subharathi Mahamatya Vidyalaya premises focusing on the following themes.

The election of the women's work organization established in Ovitigama village officer division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat was held on 06.02.2024 at Ovitigama community hall premises.

Here, appointing a new board of officers and showing how to plan the programs implemented for the year 2024 were also done.

Homagama Divisional Secretariat Women's Affairs Division and Homagama Divisional Women's Community with the participation of Susadi, Homagama Divisional Women's Council General Assembly meeting was held on 2024.02.07 in the office auditorium with the participation of the Assistant Divisional Secretary.

The lecture program organized by the Women's Work Organization of Meegoda North Grama Niladhari Officer Division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat was held on 06.02.2024 at Meegodadeniya Praja Sala Premises in conjunction with the 76th National Independence Day.

"Herb Line Sri Lanka" Institute, Sri Lanka Women's Bureau, District Secretariat and Women's Affairs Division of Homagama Divisional Secretariat jointly organized the "Atwela" project which is a program to introduce alternative income generation methods for the members of women's work organizations. It is very successfully implemented with the participation of 67 people.
