Divisional Secretariat - Homagama

"Sanhida" Senior Day Care Center, which is the first day care center for the elderly in the Colombo district, jointly established by the National Senior General Secretariat and the Homagama Divisional Secretariat, was opened on 03-05-2024 in the presence of the Hon'ble Minister of Transport, Highways and Mass Media Mr. Bandula Gunawardena.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, "Strength to her - Progress to the world", an "Enjoyment" program was held for the members of the Magammana East Community Root Organization at the Magammana Purana Temple with the contribution of Ayurvedic Community Health Medical Officer Mr. G.L. Panditperuma Sampath.

Making it more clear that "man's ultimate duty is to serve man", in Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division, Wataraka South Grama Niladhari Division, the donation of necessary money to buy sanitary equipment, dry food, washing materials and medicine for twins with special needs. It happened recently under the leadership.
