The members of Diyagama West Samurdhi Community Root Organization belonging to Pitipana Samurdhi Region recently celebrated the World Children's Day and gave a morning tea party for the children of Nilwala Bhikshu Kiketana Dhamma School, Kahathuduwa Diyagama Road.

A training program on home garden development for the members of Samurdhi Bank in Grama Niladhari Kottasan of Matthegoda Samurdhi Zone in conjunction with the "Beneficiary Selection Day of Homestead Development, Empowerment" in the programs implemented during the week of October 17, which was International Poverty Eradication Day. It was held in the hall with the contribution of agriculture consultant Mr. Indika Gunasena.

On the occasion of the International Day of the Elderly, in conjunction with the Maha Sangharatnaya Sanghik Dhanamaya Pinkama and a charity offering for the elderly was held on 25.10.2023 at Navalamulla Sammatharama Temple.

The Bodhi Pujamaya Pinkama, which was organized for the health and well-being of artists residing in Homagama Divisional Secretariat, who have done a great service for the sake of art, was held on 10-23-2023 at Homagama Katuwana Pingbima Pooja Bhumi Premises.
