Divisional Secretariat - Homagama

A training program for women's work organization members in Kadanawatta and Prasannapura Grama Niladhari area of Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division was conducted on August 30 in the said Grama Niladhari area.

An eye and medical clinic for the senior citizens of Homagama Divisional Secretariat was recently held at Sanasa Samiti Hall in Mattegoda. In addition to the eye and medical clinic, awareness was also given on protection from non-communicable diseases, proper food consumption and proper exercise.

A medical clinic for the community of the two divisions was recently held at the Sangharama Maternal and Infant Clinic under the leadership of the Development Officers of the two divisions of Siddhamulla South 591B and Sangharama 591D Village Officers of Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division.

An entrepreneurship training program for the entrepreneurs of Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division was conducted on the last 23rd, 24th and 25th three days by the Assistant Divisional Secretary Mr. BS Kekulawala at the office auditorium.

On the last 23 days, parents of the students of Palagama Sri Parakum Junior College of Homagama Divisional Secretariat Division were informed about their school education activities as well as parental responsibilities with the contribution of the Child Rights Promotion Officer of the Divisional Secretariat Division.
